Had my first experience at Waxing Menace on Saturday. From start to finish it was an incredible experience – from the search engine to the online booking tool to the first-class customer experience Karen gave. I found the booking tool really easy to navigate and made my life so much easier to be able to see what was available and when at a time and date to suit me including weekends. Karen’s is very thorough and does take the time, you don’t feel rushed which means nothing gets missed. I would like to rate Karen’s customer service first class and her waxing 10/10! Back for my 2nd visit. It was a little earlier than Karen recommended but with a wedding to go to…needs must!!! Despite me making her life difficult with early growth Karen was patient and meticulous to get the best result possible. This little wax haven is a blessing. Using an aromatherapy diffuser creating a relaxing atmosphere, oils and gels to soothe the skin. Provides excellent after care to maintain hair free for a as long as possible. Will definitely recommend to both male and female friends. Will be booking again.

I have come away from my appointment today feeling very impressed with the service Karen offers at The Waxing Menace/Queen of Hearts studio. A relaxed atmosphere and kind, knowledgeable and professional Karen really put me at ease. Definitely the least painful wax I’ve had and the best results by far. Karen goes above and beyond to make sure she knows what you want and also provides amazing advise and aftercare. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
Karen was ready and waiting when I arrived! The studio is nice and cool and has a lovely feel to it. Karen was thorough and used different types of wax for the best result. I felt comfortable and relaxed, I can’t recommend this service highly enough! The booking service is quick and easy and you can book 24/7 so if you’re a busy bee you don’t have to miss your wax!!
